At Creative designs,The Factory Shop, we like happy customers who are confident with all aspects of our business and more so with the aftercare service.It is therefore important that you are fully aware of our returns policy before you make the purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, which is other than a manufacturing fault,we would require you to report to us in writing or email within the 14 days from the date of delivery.Providing the goods are in their original packaging, undamaged and unused we will give you the option to either accept a refund or a replacement.
When returning goods please attach a note to each packed parcel with your name, address, invoice number and the item you are returning.All costs associated with the return and the true expense in delivering the items originally are to be covered by yourself.You are also responsible for any further damage or loss of products whilst in transit, so please take reasonable care whilst selecting your hauliers and packing the goods.
Whereupon the goods have a manufacturing fault we would require you to adhere to the same reporting method as mentioned above but in addition would need images that can be forwarded to our suppliers. All manufacturing faults must be communicated to us in writing and be within 21 days from date of delivery.Once again any fault under our manufacturers guarantee will mean you would either recieve a replacement, repair or a refund. In the latter case, refund, we will deduct the actual cost of original delivery and you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods in its original packaging. Any costs associated with the return will be your responsibility.
If you require Creative Design, The Factory Shop, to arrange the collection of goods to be returned, we will take the payment for the collection first and then refund you for the price of the product(s) (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your goods).
In all cases we strongly advise that you check your product (including all parts) carefully upon delivery. If you find your product damaged or wrong item sent upon receipt, please do not accept the delivery, return the item with the same delivery service and sign as ‘damaged’ or ‘wrong item sent’ on the driver’s sheet and please notify us within 24 hours via email or telephone.
If the damage has been identified after the delivery services have left, we are not responsible for any subsequent requests.
Please note our policy for returns does not affect your Statutory Rights and excludes any bespoke (made to measure) goods.
