Is there a showroom?

Yes – the showroom is located within 1 Thorn Tree Street, Halifax, HX1 3PH.  Please be aware not all products on the website will be displayed on the showroom floor and it would be advised to contact us first to find out what products are currently on display.

Are the prices quoted inclusive of VAT?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Do you give bulk/ trade discounts?

Our prices are very competitive. However, if you are buying in bulk, please contact our designated sales team on 01422 351096 to discuss your requirements. Please note that we do not provide trade discounts or any other discounts other than those given on our website.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Who delivers the product?

We have agreements in place with most popular carriers who make the majority of our deliveries. However, for local deliveries within a 30 mile radius of Halifax,  West Yorkshire, we will use our own delivery team.

Do prices include delivery charges? If no, how much does delivery cost
Delivery charges vary depending upon the purchase order. We offer free delivery on orders over £299.00, order values under this amount carry a £15 surcharge. Please either consult “Deliveries” on the website or contact a member of our sales team on 01422 351096 for delivery charges

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

How long will delivery take?

We will aim to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible and following an order we will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as these are only estimates from the manufacturers. Our customer service team will keep you up to date with your delivery.

What happens once I place an order?

Once you have placed an order with thefactoryshop.net  we will send you by e-mail an order confirmation within 2 working days.

Is it possible to track my order?

For local deliveries, (within a 40 mile radius of Leeds, West Yorkshire), our sales team will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date. For all other good deliveries, please contact our delivery department on 01422 351096 if you wish to track your order.

How do you achieve price savings on your product range?

We have a dedicated buying team securing savings from suppliers. We are able to provide top quality brands at extremely competitive prices. We aim to pass on our savings to the consumer.

What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged?

Are your products guaranteed?

All our products carry the manufacturers guartantees and warranties. Depending upon the product, these will vary depending upon the manufacturer and/or type of product being purchased. How are we protecting our customers from Covid 19?

All of our delivery lads and contractors are using masks and gloves where available. They have also been instructed to maintain their distance whilst delivering and all goods must be delivered only to the doorstep.

Do we have to wait a lot longer for our delivery due to Covid 19?

Currently there has been no change to our lead times for deliveries. Everyone has stepped up to make sure that the service isn’t affected.

Is it safe to buy beds, mattresses and furniture with Covid 19 "cross contamination"?

According to the latest information from Government scientists its very rare that someone can contract Covid from plastic packaging or cardboard. Our loaders and delivery people regularly wash their hands and try to handle the goods as less as possible.

Are we able to return the goods, during this Covid period?

Yes of course but there may be delays as most of our staff are working from home and our suppliers are practising safety at work.
